A Limpia is a traditional spiritual cleansing practice used to remove negative energy and restore balance. It involves the use of herbs, eggs, and prayers to clear emotional blockages, stagnant energy, and spiritual imbalances.

A platica is a heart-to-heart conversation where emotions are allowed to flow, stories are released and insights are realized.

This practice is done by a trained healer, or curandera/o and has been said to lead to emotional release, improved physical health, and spiritual renewal. 

It's highly suggested that a limpia accompany a house or business cleansing, and vice versa.
